Role Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to sell our DIY Solar Kit
- Our lead generation is all inbound and our customers need you to provide them with the necessary information to make a decision to go solar
- Your schedule will be in office M-F 8:00 am.- 5:00 pm.
- Leverage your people-skills and product conviction to create an environment that empowers each homeowner to choose DIY over a full installation
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred but not required. The right attitude will determine individual success
- Minimum 40 hrs work week in office
- Emailing, texting and outbound calls required for communication
- Self motivating and driven
- Reliable form of transportation
- Preferred but not required experience; Gmail, CRM Platforms, Google Drive
Compensation: Base Salary Commission
- Base Salary = $75-$80,000 per year
- Commission Base = $0.05 per kilowatt sold
- Commission Tiered Program = Additional $250 per kit sold after 5 kits. $300 additional after 10 kits sold each month.
