Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Site Superintendent with OSHA 30 and CQM Certification. Familiar with piping systems i.e. steam and chilled water experience to oversee construction and ensure the project is safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site
- Supervise subcontractors and construction workers
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Create and manage project schedules
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance
- Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with project managers to meet objectives
Experience:

- Construction estimating
- Supervising construction projects
- Budgeting and cost control
- Proficiency in blueprint reading
