Job Description:

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and customer service? We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Automobilia Auto Salon. We are a premier destination for automotive protection, styling and maintenance services. As the face of our establishment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients while specifically driving sales of our car wash and detailing services.

Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell our range of services to customers.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including ringing up sales, performing cashier closings, and registering tips.
• Engage in friendly and informative conversations with clients, providing assistance and answering inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and take detailed messages, ensuring prompt follow-up.
• Communicate timelines for car wash services and manage customer expectations.
• Provide work orders to staff and advise on timelines for completion.
• Manage all Car Wash/Detailing Technicians, ensuring productivity and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom/waiting area.
• Assist with office clerical tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Previous client interface experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to instruct and delegate tasks.
• Enthusiasm for automobiles and participation in car culture is a plus!
