Western Post NJ is Hiring a Warehouse Team Leader Near West Deptford, NJ
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the activities of warehouse personnel.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in accordance with safety regulations.
- Work with management team to develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Train and develop warehouse personnel in proper procedures and techniques.
- Monitor the performance of warehouse personnel and provide feedback.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
