Responsible for training and providing assistance to residents, staff, and wellness members in our on-campus gym.
The Fitness Program Coordinator plays a key role in developing and implementing fitness programs tailored to the unique needs and abilities of our residents. Responsibilities will include:

• Leading fitness classes, group exercise sessions, and one-on-one training sessions for residents and wellness members of varying fitness levels and abilities.
• Designing personalized fitness plans based on individual assessments and goals, taking into account any physical limitations or medical considerations.
• Providing guidance and encouragement to residents, staff, and wellness members to help them achieve their fitness goals and maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
• Educating residents, staff, and wellness members on proper exercise techniques, safety precautions, and the benefits of regular physical activity for overall health and well-being.
• The Fitness Program Coordinator assists in the development, planning, and organization of health and fitness programming for all levels of care and ability.
• Collaborating with other staff members to coordinate wellness initiatives, events, and activities that promote fitness and wellness throughout the community.
• Keeping accurate records of resident participation, progress, and any concerns or feedback related to fitness programs.
