Position: Machine Operator 1st Shift (3 pm-11:30 pm)

Position Overview:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery efficiently and maintaining a high standard of quality and cleanliness in your workspace. You will play a vital role in ensuring our production goals are met while upholding our company values.

Daily Requirements:

Machine Operations:

• Operate machinery (preheat, cycle time, breakdowns, cooldown) at an acceptable pace with assistance from supervisors.
• Oversee utility roles and fill in when required.
• Understand and follow our QC requirements and processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area following 5S standards. Ensure tools are in their designated places.
