We are looking for a general Facilities Maintenance person to add to our growing team with in our manufacturing facility. Candidate should possess a positive attitude and be willing to work independently as well as with all members of the team. Candidate should be communicative, energetic, punctual and open to growth and development. Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, trade school
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Knowledgeable with hand tools such as drills, hammers, tape measure etc.
• Excellent attention to details, accuracy, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Basic math knowledge
• Excellent reading and comprehension skills
• Knowledgeable with use of a pallet jack
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, establish work priorities, and manage time effectively
• Strong verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management
• Excellent leadership and time management skills to prioritize work effectively
• Ability to follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Job Duties:

General facilities maintenance duties include but are not limited to:

• Changing light bulbs
• Placing floor markings
• Sorting, organizing and storage of parts used in production
• Use of hand tools
• Janitorial work
• General grounds keeping
• Scooping snow from sidewalks
• Relocation of company furniture and small equipment
• Assembly of company furniture (cabinets, workbenches / work desk)
• Cleaning of small equipment
• Cable management knowledge (organization of cables to prevent tangles etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
