1 Junior Accountant

1.1 Purchase Ledger

a) Monitor invoices, reconcile with suppliers (if applicable)

b) Process regular payments

c) Maintain ledger information

1.2 Credit Card

Monitor card usage, analyze and post to purchase ledger

1.3 Sales Ledger

a) Monitor invoices, reconcile with customers

b) Investigate payment anomalies, customer debits

c) Monthly credit control review with FC

1.4 Cash management

a) Input payments and receipts

b) Reconcile monthly with nominal with FC support

c) Update EUR exchange rate 1st each month

1.5 Fixed Assets

a) Maintain register, detail additions/disposals

b) Input monthly depreciation journal

1.6 Nominal Ledger

a) Monthly update exchange rate

b) Monthly accruals/prepayments

c) Monthly management information

d) Liase with external auditors

1.7 Payroll

a) Process weekly data to send to payroll consultant .

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
