As a Dispatcher, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of our fence rentals across the Midwest, South, and Eastern Seaboard. Our dispatchers are critical in helping us deploy crews across 26 states, managing the logistics of millions of feet of fence each year.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and Prioritize: Handle installation and removal requests, ensuring our customers get what they need, when they need it.
• Customer Service: Provide accurate pricing and availability information with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Schedule Mastery: Create and manage daily schedules for our installation crews, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Team Communication: Keep installers, branch managers, and yard teams in the loop with clear instructions and updates.
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels and make sure we always have enough fencing units ready to go.
• Quick Problem Solving: Address urgent requests and find fast, effective solutions.
• Efficiency Reporting: Analyze operations and suggest improvements to keep us running smoothly.
• Safety First: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations.
