Are you a skilled Kitchen Manager seeking a thrilling new opportunity with a company that values its team like family? We're in search of a seasoned manager to join us as a Kitchen Manager with HIGH Volume experience, along the stunning Maine Coast!

KM Requirements :

• 3 years casual dining management experience
• Days and evening shifts
• Must be available weekends
• 5 day work week
• Servsafe Certified

KM Responsibilities :

• Weekly Food Inventory
• Food Cost control
• Coordinate between the FOH and BOH during service
• Handle guest complaints
• Ordering
• Delegate daily prep schedule
• Scheduling
