Simpson Lawn Care is Hiring a Lawn Care Specialist Near Webb, MO

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of lawns and landscapes for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of lawn care techniques, the use of hand and power tools, and mechanical knowledge.

Duties:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to maintain the health of lawns and plants
- Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and landscapes
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall appearance of landscapes
- Perform snow plowing and ice removal during winter months
- Trim and prune trees to maintain their health and shape
- Conduct regular inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify any issues or areas in need of improvement
- Maintain and repair lawn care equipment as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment used in lawn care
- Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
