Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Members in the food service industry. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Duties:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking
- Take customer orders and process payments using Aloha POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques is a plus

Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $12.30 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
