Status: Full-TIme

Compensation: Starting at $14.00 per hour

Experience Level: Driving Experience required/ Delivery Experience preferred but not required.

We are seeking a dependable and friendly Delivery Driver to join our team at Sanel NAPA. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up and dropping off Auto Parts along assigned routes and schedules. Our Delivery Drivers ensure that deliveries are complete, accurately packed, and safely delivered to our valued customers. We offer opportunities for growth, and a supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high safety standards and follow all safety policies.
  • Make multiple daily stops in a fast-paced environment.
  • Know the city and operate a manual transmission vehicle if needed.
  • Comply with all state and federal driving laws.
  • Verify and deliver correct parts to the right locations.
  • Handle COD orders, returns, and maintain accurate delivery logs.
  • Use NAPA Delivery Tracker tablet.
  • Secure company assets and assist with in-store tasks when necessary.
  • Participate in required training and perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Ensure timely deliveries and effective communication.
  • Report issues promptly and apologize to customers if needed.
  • Address additional customer needs and thank them for their business.
  • Maintain a pleasant demeanor and adhere to company policies and appearance standards.
  • Keep delivery vehicles clean and perform routine maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • MUST HAVE Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., handle cash transactions, and process returns.
  • Maintain a distribution log for all deliveries/pickups.
  • Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
