POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Training Manager, you will be in charge of leading the training charge for new restaurant openings, Crisp Academy/franchisee training and new menu rollouts. The Training Manager is the subject matter expert for all recipes, standards, and processes and has a passion for sharing that knowledge with the people around them. This position will continue to grow as our company does and is integral to our continued success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and lead new restaurant openings for franchise partners
• Assume on the job training role for all new store openings, helping to train all FOH and BOH staff at every level
• Create and maintain a culture in home restaurant where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow to become future leaders
• Lead and coordinate Crisp Academy trainings ensuring an exceptional experience for our Franchise Partners and their managers
• Assume leadership role in new menu roll-outs and initiatives
• Motivates inspire, and challenge their team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
• Promote food safety and health code standards through training of culinary team and audits of culinary procedures
• Facilitate training classes, seminars and webinars
• Implement training and development systems and procedures
• Help build standardized training materials to support future growth
• Build and maintain a sustainable training culture based on our values
• Validate certified trainers within company owned restaurants
• Assist in identifying, training and recruiting an NRO training team
• Participate in driving standards in all franchise restaurants
• Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of restaurant management operations experience
• 3-5 years of culinary leadership experience required
• Commitment to empowering those around you daily
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a purpose
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in training and development
• Background in building training materials
• Proven organizational skills
• Passionate about healthy food and living “Crisp”
• Restaurant management experience required
• Excellent speaking and presentation skills
• Ability to work 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends
• Capable of standing for long periods of time and lift and maneuver up to 50lbs
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
