Land Coordinator : The primary role of the Land Coordinator will be to support the Land Acquisitions and Development personnel in the administration of the entitlement and development processes within the Land Department.

Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Executive leadership team on land department matters Prepare, scan, file, and track land contracts Provide internal customer service Oversee new vendor set up- insurance, tax info, etc.

Receive, distribute and file (hard copy and electronic) all documents for the department to include documentation for ongoing projects and properties under due diligence.

Keep electronic budgets updated with contracts, POs, invoices etc. Send out vendor packages and review for compliance before sending to accounting for corporate approval Coordinate with accounting in getting vendors approved and set up for ACH payment Data entry of land department invoices to development budgets (non-accounting role) Data entry of existing and new contracts into build pro Organize and file all land deparment paperwork including invoices and proposal.

CB #LI-CI1 Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting land acquisition, land development and / or homebuilding Valid Driver’s license and good driving record and valid auto insurance coverage required Computer expertise, including word-processing, spreadsheet analysis, project scheduling and data management software Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Must exercise initiative and achieve objectives with minimal supervision. Must be detail-oriented and a problem-solver able to deal with complex situations.

Contacts Daily interaction with various division personnel, outside agencies, business partners, consultants and homeowners.

Physical Requirements Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, lift, walk, move and / or carry equipment in excess of 20 pounds.

Must have finger dexterity to operate computer keyboard and calculator. This description outlines the basic tasks and requirements for the position noted.
