Setup Technician
Pay rate : $21-$24
Shift : 1st Monday - Friday, 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm
Location : Wayland, MI
Bear Staffing is seeking multi-talented Heavy Equipment Operators with Construction and Carpentry to perform set up and installation of modular buildings and containers at our client s local branch in the Chicago / Elgin area.
Responsibilities :
- Installation and removal of skirting
- Furniture installation
- Anchoring, block and leveling, interior and exterior seaming
- Cleaning and upkeep of modular buildings
- Installation of stairs, canopies, and ramps.
- Knock-down of buildings; including building shipping walls and securing exterior walls, separating buildings, disconnecting all utility and mate-line crossovers, securing all items for shipment, cleaning site, and removing all installations from site such as blocks, steps, anchors, ramps, abs pads and steel piers.
- Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies.
- Forms and maintains good relationships with customers at all levels of the organization
Requirements :
- Extreme Focus on Safety
- Carpentry skills and experience with construction trades are a must!
