Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Waxhaw, NC, in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their 16-month-old daughter.
The nanny would typically be needed Monday through Friday, from 10 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m., with abbreviated hours on Monday and Friday, a total of 33 hours a week.

The best nanny for this family would be reliable, punctual, kind, an effective communicator, and high energy to keep up with a growing toddler.
A Nanny with a daycare, teaching, or Montessori experience would be a major plus. As a premature child, it is important to the family that the nanny is conscious of gestational age versus actual age.
Throughout the day, the nanny should be proactive and creative in developing activities to do with the child that focus on appropriate developmental milestones, focusing on the child's existing collection of Montessori-based toys and activities.
The family uses cloth diapers; the nanny must be comfortable with cloth diapering, and the parents will handle all diaper laundering.
A parent can give a tutorial on cloth diapering if needed. Each day, the nanny should keep their daughter active and engaged with daily developmental activities, arts and crafts projects, walks, and backyard / outside play.
The mom and dad work from home, and the nanny should be comfortable.
