Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the bar and kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and maximize profitability
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to meet budgetary goals
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for food, drinks, and service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers

- 3-5 years of hospitality management experience
