Carquest Auto Parts is Hiring a Counter Parts Sales Near Waverly, VA
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they shop for automotive, truck, and Ag parts
- Provide excellent customer service both by phone and in-person
- Work with team on job tasks
- Assess the needs and assist with troubleshooting issues with customers
- Inventory and maintain store product and operational standards
- Maintain store cleanliness including floor, bathroom, stock room, and trash
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Automotive Parts
- Effective written and spoken communication with customers and team members
- Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems a plus
- Use basic math accurately
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable and trustworthy
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
