- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with P&IDs, heat exchangers, motors, conveyors, furnaces, pressures, and temperatures
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong drive to succeed
- Technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills
- Emphasis on safety and respectfulness
- Preferred experience in process plant manufacturing
- Expertise of controls, logics, interlocks, and process controls
- Familiarity with HMI's, DCS systems, and PLC direct control
