The function of this position is : To work as a team member to operate various pouch, can and bag lines as well as their associated casers and de-palletizer’s and palletizer’s in a safe and productive manner.

Maintain all required paperwork including but not limited to quality checks, production reports, and inventory documentation.

To perform and understand quality checks and associated paper work in accordance with the Nestle QMS. To maintain general housekeeping and food safety related sanitation.

Complete overhauls and changeover duties. Complete and understand all inventory transactions required for the position. Create and complete work orders and their associated parts transactions.

To understand and follow the Waverly Norms.

Duties :

Inventory consumptions and reversals

Quality checks / Line relief

Inspections and preventative maintenance

Repair and equipment troubleshooting- work order creating and completion

Operate and control line equipment

Equipment changeovers

Perform any other duties assigned to you by a supervisor

General housekeeping and sanitation

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous lift truck certification and experience highly desired.

Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.

Willing and able to stand on a frequent basis.

Willing and able to work overtime.

Willing and able to work various shifts.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

This is a 3rd shift position : 12 am-8 am

Pay $30.65 / hr

$3000 sign on bonus (paid out $1000 at 30 days, $1000 at 6 months, $1000 at 9 months)
