We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Broker to lead our team of real estate agents and drive our sales initiatives.
Position Overview:
The Managing Broker will play a critical role in managing and mentoring our team of real estate agents, ensuring they meet their goals, and maintaining a high level of accountability. This position requires a real estate license, with a broker license preferred. The ideal candidate will be a natural coach, capable of handling agent inquiries, and adept at working closely with the executive team and owner of the company to align staff and strategies with the company's vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate agents.
- Monitor and ensure agents are meeting their sales goals.
- Provide regular performance feedback and conduct coaching sessions to improve agent performance and accountability.
Training and Development:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of real estate agents.
- Stay updated with industry trends and ensure the team is informed and trained on new practices and regulations.
- Organize training sessions to ensure continuous development and adherence to industry best practices.
Operational Oversight:
- Handle inquiries and provide support to real estate agents.
- Work directly with the owner to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Ensure all staff are informed and prepared for upcoming changes and initiatives in the real estate sector.
- Supervise all real estate transactions, providing support and ensuring that agents adhere to legal and organizational standards.
Agent Retention:
- Collaborate with the leadership and office team to develop and implement retention programs aimed at keeping our top real estate sales agents.
Compliance:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of state and national Fair Housing and real estate laws.
- Ensure all brokerage activities comply with legal standards.
Brand Awareness & Standards:
- Maintain exceptional brand standards and foster relationships with agents and office teams to enhance business growth and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Valid Real Estate License (required).
- Broker License (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for Land real estate and land management a Plus.
