Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager at Lutheran Home & Harwood Place in Wauwatosa, WI. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting project objectives, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing our relationship with third party technology vendors to ensure they deliver quality products and service that meet our organization's needs. The Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management
  • Strong organizational and data analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of IT procurement and best practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of inspections and quality control processes
  • Experience in nonprofit or senior living industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
