KION is looking for key talent to join our winning team. Currently, we are looking to add a Procurement Process Excellence Specialist to join the Global Procurement Governance and Process Excellence team.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced change agent to drive overall Process Excellence activities that will push our organizational performance to world-class.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading procurement organizations and processes, as well as demonstrated capability in process improvement / administrative lean / system optimization.
This position includes working with global Procurement talent and cross-functional groups to map the end-to-end process and define all inputs, outputs, and stakeholders across the organization.
In addition, you will define and implement appropriate process enhancements to address identified gaps and support consistency across the global procurement organization.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,000-$130,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications :
This is What You Will do in This Role :
The Procurement Process Excellence Specialist provides support to drive process / systems improvements and compliance within Global Procurement Functions.
Applicants need experience within a procurement governance role and / or procurement process / policies. SAP system experience is required.
This responsibility will be achieved by :
Analyzing current processes to understand strengths and weaknesses
translating Procurement’s current and future business requirements into functional specs for the IT organization
Lead the identification of Procurement-relevant technology tools and solutions
Determining opportunities to automate processes and functions, and
Developing and tracking appropriate KPIs for Procurement processes
In addition, you will be responsible for alignment of processes within Procurement’s ERP systems (i.e. SAP S / 4 and Infor SyteLine) to ensure efficient and compliant workflows.
This will require building strong relationships with cross-functional colleagues and leadership in all regions. This role presents a great opportunity for a seasoned procurement leader who is passionate about enabling next level procurement processes and strategy to drive efficiency, compliance, and professionalism.
What We are Looking For :
University or Advanced Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or other related field
Preferred 6-8 years of direct experience in Procurement / Purchasing roles
Proficient to expert-level data analysis and reporting skills
Strong utilization of MS Office (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience working in and / or using SAP (superuser preferred) or other ERP system
Proficient written and spoken English capability is required; preference for multilingual
Process mapping experience required
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills, written, spoken, and presentation
Demonstrated collaboration across a heavily matrixed organization
Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment and build strong internal and cross-functional relationships
Experience with Shared services preferred
Ability to travel up to 25%
