Job ObjectiveThe Housekeeping Attendant, under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager, performs housekeeping services functions to maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the facility for the health, comfort, and safety of residents, staff, and visitors.

Job Standards
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Must have a minimum of one year housekeeping experience.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions, directions, schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently, with a team and in cooperation with others
- Ability and availability to work:
- Weekends not to exceed two per month
- Holidays not to exceed two per year
- Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to know or learn how to use housekeeping equipment, economical use of supplies, care of equipment, and health care cleaning technique.
- Ability to safely perform all essential job functions without causing harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.
