Responsabilities:
- Manage and oversee the operations of multiple locations within a designated region
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve office goals and drive business growth
- Provide leadership and guidance to office managers and staff members

- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Conduct regular office visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and offer support
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and profit loss analysis for the region
- Lead and participate in strategic planning activities to drive long-term success
Qualifications:
- Proven at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a multi-location retail environment
- Strong acumen with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies
- Ability to effectively supervise and develop a diverse team of employees
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
