Responsibilities and Duties
- Use of hand tools on a periodic basis
- Have the ability to measure areas down to 1/16th of an inch.
- Use of flooring tools as needed i.e., buffer, grinder, polisher.
- Ability to work well with others, as well as an independent individual.
- You’ll advocate for safe workplace practices, create space for collaboration, and develop a level of subject matter expertise within the areas of production.
- We ask that you play a key-role, in the evolution of our inclusive and positive workplace culture.
- You will help to drive initiatives that enables teammates to achieve greater results
- You will champion the importance of critiques, feedback, as well as effective communication (public speaking)
- In doing so, you will foster a safe space, for your teammates, where they are comfortable sharing feedback, and advocating for change, viewed as necessary.
