• High School Diploma, preferred
• Custodial Experience : 0-2 years required, 3-5 years preferred

Performance Criteria :

• Clean restrooms
• Operate a variety of equipment (vacuums, scrubber, etc)
• Perform regular routine maintenance such as fixing lockers and changing batteries and lightbulbs
• Perform preventative maintenance on cleaning equipment as scheduled
• Perform deep cleaning
• Enter work orders as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands :

• The custodian physical job demands include : Occasional maximum lift of 50 lbs from waist to above shoulder; Occasional maximum lift of 50 lbs from floor to waist;
• frequent maximum lift of 30 lbs from floor to shoulder; frequent carry of 50 lbs 10 feet; occasional maximum horizontal push / pull of 20 lbs;
• occasional maximum vertical pull of 25 lbs; frequent maximum grip of 20 lbs; frequent climb to 8 inches; occasional overhead reach;

occasional trunk rotation; frequent reach forward to 24 inches; frequent bending; frequent standing; frequent walking; frequent balance.

PDC Level : Heavy based on maximum floor to shoulder lift.

Background check completion and pre-employment physical required prior to employment.
