Prairie Lakes Healthcare System is Hiring a Building Maintenance Technician Near Watertown, SD
Job SummaryThis full-time position will perform maintenance duties for the upkeep of the physical plant.
Responsibilities include:
- Performs preventive maintenance on equipment, structure, and building systems.
- Performs repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration components and systems.
- Makes security rounds as appropriate.
- Performs grounds keeping and snow removal tasks.
- Follows safety and infection control practices in the execution of duties.
- Participates in hospital wide functions such as fire response, emergency management, etc.
- Performs construction tasks as assigned.
- Weekly rotating call, approximately every seven weeks.
- Other duties as assigned.
