As a Facility Technician you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations to help ensure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.

You will find meaningful work in this role with the opportunity to collaborate and make a positive impact every day! Responsibilities : Responsible for the maintenance of any buildings on the grounds of Heritage Ministries such as power, water and electrical systems.

May be responsible to respond to emergencies and must take appropriate action in the case of maintenance emergencies. Responsible for the general appearance of buildings and grounds.

Assists in ordering supplies, maintaining supply cupboards and monitoring condition of equipment for necessary repairs.

Some experience in maintenance is required such as a basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, construction, and machine repair.

Ability to work independently and handle emergencies. Ability to lift over 60 pounds, stand, walk, sit, bend, and twist. Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments.
