- Work closely with the Install Manager to ensure installs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner
- At times, light tool work will be required to assist the install teams with the completion of projects
- When appropriate, conduct a site visit on Day 1 to ensure Install Technicians are well versed in the objectives of the project and to ensure all equipment/materials are on-site and if needed, to assist with a Day 1 Stock List
- Attend to and resolve call back issues on installs
- Ensure Install technicians are completing daily checklists, notes, and photos
- Assist Install Manager with weekly truck inspections and ensuring inventory levels are stocked appropriately
- Assist technicians by leveraging strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to provide over the phone support to Install Technicians and Install Apprentices throughout the work day and at times before/after regularlyscheduled hours
- Perform regular site visits when appropriate to assist Install Technicians
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of reported safety concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned
- EPA Certified
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 5 year's experience in installation of diverse HVAC equipment
- Must be organized with a high level of attention to detail and strong follow through
- A valid driver's license and approved to drive by insurance carrier
- Possess good analytical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and installation manuals
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to work outside of scheduled hours as needed
- Ability to effectively support the team in a way that produces positive outcomes
- Occasionally work in outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures and weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
- When conducting site visits you may be required to climb ladders and steep stairs, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and reaching. Possibility of work in tight spaces such as attics and/or crawl spaces.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, at times you will be required to lift heavier objects with the assistance of company provided tools and appropriate manpower
