The Opportunity

Clark, Butler, Walsh & Hamann is seeking an associate attorney for primarily transactional work in business, real estate, estate planning, and probate, with some trial work arising from these areas. This is an excellent career opportunity with the goal of taking over practice from current partner within a few years.

Qualifications

· Experience of 2-5 years is preferred in areas referenced above, but mentoring furnished as needed

· Active license in Iowa or ability to obtain with 90 days of hire

· Desirable traits include independent judgment, discipline, planning, steady temperament, dedication to excellence, humility and compassion

Competitive salary and benefits offered including payment of bar dues and CLE costs. Salary is dependent on experience.
