As a Weld Manufacturing Engineer for Tractor Cab Assembly Operations (TCAO) located in Waterloo, Iowa you will
provide support of welding and fabrication operations utilizing your technical experiences.
In addition, you will:
- Drive continuous improvements working with a cross functional wage and salary team
- Address quality issues utilizing data, root cause analysis, and mistake proofing methods
- Establishing sequence of events, part routings, proper operating method sheets, labor standards, layouts,
tool concepts, part and equipment costs, and quality plans - Participate in team studies related to capacity, productivity, and efficiency
- Support the launch of new product lines, model year changes & running changes
