Responsibilities

Event Coordination : Assist in coordinating event rentals by being a liaison with clients to understand their vision and requirements.

Inventory Management : Learn how to track event rental inventory, ensuring items are available and up to Fabulous Events Quality Standards for each event.

Client Communication : Respond to client inquiries, provide information on our rental options, and assist in rental sales.

Vendor Relations : Gain experience working closely with event vendors to secure necessary items for events and maintain positive relationships.

Event Setup : Help with the setup and teardown of event rentals, and other necessary items.

Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after events to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirement

Passion for Events : A genuine interest in hospitality and the event industry. A desire to create exceptional experiences for clients.

Learn communication industry skills : Strong verbal, written and client meeting skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Team Player : Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
