Key Responsibilities Include:Analytical Duties
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from various sources, analyze trends, and compile reports.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on findings to senior analysts and management.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market opportunities.
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Support Senior Analysts: Assist senior analysts with more complex analyses and projects as required.
- Office Management: Handle office administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and documents.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Logistics Support: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general support to various departments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, journalism, or a technical field (math/science/engineering) or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a business operation, management consulting, technical writing/editing, and/or a business advisory position
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is preferred.
- Administrative Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience: Prior experience in an analytical or administrative role is a plus but not required.
