Supports Human Resources programs and processes. Maintains the electronic document imaging program. Provides front office reception services; provides general administrative support. Manages basic employee programs. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Work Experience

  • 1-3 years.

Required Special Skills/ Knowledge

  • In keeping with the policy of conflicts of interest, relatives of Sergeant at Arms employees are not eligible to work in the Human Resources Office.
  • Human resources management practices and procedures.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Congressional Accountability Act and various employment laws.

As part of our hiring process, we may conduct a skills assessment to better understand an applicant’s proficiency in key areas relevant to the role.
