Harkcon maintains a contract with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Communications Support (NA-COMM). This position will assist the federal team lead with internal communications.

Responsibilities:

• Internal Communications Support

  • Quality check and send messages

  • Update communications plans

• Office Automation

  • Internal website updates, document creation, and graphics design

  • Manage core communications vehicles, including Outlook mailboxes, internal webpages, and broadcast messages

• Data Maintenance

  • Maintain and distribute Weekly Communications Plan

  • Maintain distribution lists

• Administrative

Qualifications:

• BA/BS with 5 years of experience (preferably focused on business administration and/or communications)

• OR

• AA/AS or High school graduate with 9 years of experience

• Experience handling internal communications to employees; developing and updating messaging; and maintaining updated records

• Working knowledge of communications systems such as/similar to GovDelivery
