We are looking for a Procurement Clerk to join the Operations team in the Group Purchasing Org!
Required Systems-
Excel (Proficient user)
Financial ERP- financial ERP system used is Workday but does not need Workday specific experience (Intermediate)
Sourcing/e-Procurement tool (Intermediate)
Role Requirements:
Needs to have familiarity with interpreting contracts and uploading data into our Procurement system.
Procurement ERP experience
Frontline support for troubleshooting user issues
Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and User Guides
Test system updates and changes for front end users
We will be looking for someone that has heavy Procurement experience and has a good understanding and experience in sourcing activity and req to purchase order cycles.
