As The Maintenance Technician You Will Be Responsible ForPerform general maintenance and repairs for assigned locations, including plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, basic carpentry, building system, painting, and groundskeeping.
Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician (examples: drywall, painting, doors, locks, building fixtures); Handling light construction, electrical and plumbing repairs.
Perform service requests and repairs as directed (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
Assuring that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained, in a safe working order.
Drive the company vehicle in a safe manner.
Diagnose and resolve carpentry issues as they arise, such as repairing doors, windows, decks, and other stages of construction.
Able to interact with people with disabilities and their employees in a pleasant and friendly way.
Education And RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED
Good Work Ethic
Minimum 2 Years Of Experience With Building MaintenanceMonday-Friday with an on-call rotation
Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors, as needed.
Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, climb, lift heavy objects, bend and be able to perform physically all that is required.
