We have an opportunity available for a part time Marketing & Events Assistant to join our Marketing team at our Head Office based in Warrington. 

Salary: £12.55 per hour

Hours: 10 hours per week 

Contract : Fixed term for 12 months

Responsibilities

As a Marketing & Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of Making Space’s day-to-day Marketing function.

In this fast paced, rewarding role, you will support the marketing team to raise the profile of the charity, and our services, nationally and locally, using the full marketing mix, with an emphasis on email communications, social media and website updates.

In addition to handling general tasks like answering phones and dealing with ad-hoc queries, you will manage the inbox. If you thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy utilising your organisational and communication skills this role may be a perfect fit for you.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who have an eye for detail and the ability to work independently and in accordance with deadlines.

Previous administration experience and a good IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 is essential.

Experience of working within a health and social care setting would be an advantage but is not essential.

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
