KSM Electronics is Hiring a PROCESS ENGINEER SR Near Warrenville, IL

- Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
- Assisting with failure analysis, troubleshooting, rework/repair of non-conforming manufactured product to determine root cause.
- Under direct supervision of the Plant Manager, will oversee the implementation, training, and effectiveness of the processing Engineering team.
- Additional duties as required and assigned.
- 4-year degree in engineering discipline required; in lieu of academic degree 6-years direct experience in manufacturing.
- Possess strong knowledge of electromechanical assemblies and manufacturing processes.
- Working knowledge of production and safety procedures used in manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of computer aided design techniques (AutoCad a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
- Basic understanding and ability to read prints and schematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Working knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem solving skills and efficient management of time and resources.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 Annual
