• Monitor daily quality and productivity
• Keep the assembly production line moving at all times
• Setup, debug, and operate mechanical and/or electrical test equipment
• Teach and assist in proper troubleshooting to maximize work flow
• Keep work areas hazard free and safe at all times
• Follow company policy and guidelines
• Maintain quality assurance at all times
• Performing sorting, reworking and testing per instructions provided by engineering
• Willingness to work overtime, especially during emergency situations
• Be able to complete documentation clearly and concisely.
• Frequently lifts and/or moves material and/or objects (up to 50 lbs)

Requirements:

• GED/High School diploma required. (Associate Degree in Electronics preferred)
• 1to 3 years experience, or minimum Associates Degree in Electronics or Mechanical Technology will provide equivalent years of experience.
• Quality minded and excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to work as a team player.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to take direction and work on production requirements as needed (after training).
• Computer literate.
