CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring for 1st shift QC Inspectors in Warren, RI.
Responsibilities:– Performs In-Process and Final inspection on machined parts (Dimensional &Visual)
– Measures dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications
– Ability to interpret blueprints, work instructions, and other customer and industry specifications
– Understands geometric symbols and tolerances
– Use of standard measurement gages such as calipers, micrometer, drop indicators, etc.
– Discusses inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommends corrective actions
– Maintain well organized work space
– Understand verbal and written instruction
– Flexibility based on changing production/shipment demands
– Execute other duties as assigned
Desired Background/Skills:
- 2 years of experience in QC
- HS diploma/GED
- Excellent work history
- Experience with measuring tools
- Ability to read blueprints
