The Achievement Center of LECOM Health is looking for full-time Behavior Consultants.
Sign on Bonus offered if onboarded before/on June 17th*:Master level applicants with BCBA certification: $12,000Master level applicant with LBS: $10,000Master level applicant: $7,000
  • All sign-on bonuses require a one-year commitment contract.

As a Behavior Consultant with the Achievement Center of LECOM Health, you can be all of that and so much more! As a Behavior Consultant you will:
  • Develop, design, and direct the implementation of the child’s treatment plan.
  • Monitor, track and interpret behavioral data.
  • Provide training, supervision, and consultative resources to bachelor level staff.
  • Participate in internal and external team meetings.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of functional behavior assessments (FBA).
  • Demonstrate good writing skills.
  • Receive encouragement and support to engage in research and professional presentations locally, regionally, and nationally should this be of interest.

  • Compensation: Behavior Consultant base salary is $48,000 annually with a Master’s degree or $55,000 annually with LBS and Master’s. Mileage reimbursement, regular pay raise opportunities, and staff referral bonus.
  • Incentives: 1 ½ times the staff’s base hourly rate of pay once their annual productivity expectation has been met. Roughly 75% of current employees earn incentive- those who do, see an incentive payment of $1,000-$10,000 annually.

Requirements:Education:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related mental/behavioral health field. If you do not have a degree in one of the Major's listed, please send a transcript with you resume.
Experience/Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience required in a CASSP system.
  • LBS or BCBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge regarding autism spectrum disorder.
  • Advanced knowledge of functional behavior assessment.
  • Documented training in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and candidates with PA Behavior Specialist licensure are preferred.
