Functional knowledge and navigation of MRP system and Plant Floor system (SAP and CableMake)
Ability to interpret customer requirements and on-time delivery to the constraints of the plant
Control Excess and Obsolete through cycling strategies and build-out analysis.
Understanding of Plant resources (Extrusion line characteristics) to determine where product can be manufactured
Set machine priorities in order to meet delivery expectations and control premium transportation
Order Raw materials for timely delivery to manage inventory targets
Manage Salary/Contract resources to meet Plant objectives.
Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree
7 years experience in PC&L with PC Manager experience
