**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. **Responsibilities:**

-Communicating with parents, teachers, and administrators.

-Assessing areas in which students may need assistance or counseling.

-Helping students function effectively in the school environment.

-Maintaining accurate case files and reports of student progress and issues

-Providing information to students, parents, and school staff

-Assisting with behavioral concerns, positive behavioral support, academic, and classroom support

- Supporting students and advocating for their emotional, mental and physical wellbeing

- Work with special education programs to support students with social and emotional needs

**Qualifications:**

- Master's degree in Social Work

- State licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, etc.)

- Experience working in schools or with children

- Familiarity with special education programs and services
