As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines
- Prescribe medications and provide appropriate interventions for acute and chronic conditions
- Perform procedures such as catheterization and aseptic techniques
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Utilize electronic medical record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks) to document patient encounters accurately

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in pediatrics and behavioral health is highly desirable
- Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) techniques
- Knowledge of acute pain management strategies
- Familiarity with dialysis procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
