- Monitor day-to-day construction functions at assigned worksites.
- Produce quality craftsmanship and company standards are met.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all staff and volunteers at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and within budget.

- Apply craftsmanship to construct of new-homes, rehabs and remodels
- Manage and monitor attendance and work of team
- Adhere to relevant safety regulations
- Able to collaborate with all municipality inspectors and officials.
- Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment
- Monitor expenditures
- Resolve any emerging problems and issues
- Allocate and delegate responsibilities
- Supervise, train and give feedback to workers and volunteers
- Prepare and present progress
- 10 years of construction projects experience, minimal
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC
- Knowledgeable of building codes
- Familiarity with blueprints
- Productive time-management skill
- Ability to smoothly transition between multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solve
- Good math skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Any additional relevant recertification will be considered an advantage
- Physically capable of performing all duties without limitations
