Job Summary:
A Northwest Florida based Window and Door company with over 50 years of selling building supplies is seeking a highly motivated Sales person to cover the Bay and Walton County areas. This job entails selling windows and doors directly to builders in the residential and commercial industry. The job offers a highly competitive pay program commission based with no commission cap on paid commission. Provided a weekly car allowance, company cell phone provided, and paid vacation.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Recommend products based on customers' preferences
- Meet sales goals and targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Salesperson or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
