Role Description

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Waltham team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for generating financial statements, bookkeeping, QuickBooks reconciliation, financial reporting and projections. Tracking and issuing payments to vendors, month and year end reconciliation, subcontractor onboarding W9/COI tracking. They will collaborate with the Operations& Service teams and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. While this is an on-site role with core hours of 9AM-4PM we can be flexible with your scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of Financial Management Experience
• Experience with financial management within a Commercial Service Environment
• Experience preparing financial statements including AR/AP, cashflow projections etc.
• Strong understanding of finance principles and journal entries
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
